Steven Slate Audio VSX Immersion One Planar Magnetic Open Back Headphones

Immersion One: The Next Dimension in Reference Headphones

The VSX Immersion One headphones from Steven Slate Audio feature a custom-tuned planar magnetic driver with an ultra-thin one-micron diaphragm, housed in an elegant maple wood shell. The result is a stunning open-back headphone designed to deliver ultimate accuracy, realism, and musicality for VSX.

The sound of Immersion One is clean, spacious, and natural on its own. But when paired with the Steven Slate Audio VSX software, it transcends traditional listening, unlocking the most immersive and lifelike spatial monitoring experience ever achieved in headphones.

With Immersion One and VSX virtual room modeling, you don’t just hear the speakers—you feel like you’re sitting in the room with them. Its open-back design eliminates the closed-in pressure and localized resonances of traditional headphones, creating an incredibly convincing 3D illusion of real speakers in real spaces.

The Immersion One headphones ship with the VSX Platinum software, giving you access to dozens of meticulously modeled speaker systems in legendary studios, mastering houses, cars, clubs, and more. You’ll also find emulations of popular consumer and professional headphone models, ensuring your mixes translate everywhere.

Immersion One includes a protective carrying case and a premium hand-wound dual-ear audiophile cable, making it as refined in presentation as it is in performance.
